Applications must be turned in to your school counselor on or before April 15, 2008. You must be a 2008 high school graduate from Yuma or La Paz county. Attach a brief description of your school and community-based honors, awards, and activities. 5. Write a personal statement describing your educational and career goals, and an explanation of why you want or need a scholarship. 6. Once completed, please print and turn in to your high school counselor. A current copy of high school transcript(s) must be submitted with this application.
