Member-to-Member Transfer Form

This form authorizes you to transfer funds into separate member number(s) and account(s) by utilizing AEA Federal Credit Union’s Tellerphone, hereinafter referred to as the “Credit Union’s Account Access Systems.”

Please take a minute to complete, sign, and send or fax this form to:

I agree to hold AEA Federal Credit Union harmless for all transfers made from my member number(s) and account(s) to the authorized member number(s) and account(s), and release AEA Federal Credit Union from any liability which may arise as a result from any of these transfers of funds via the Credit Union's Account Access System. This includes liability for any checks that may be dishonored.

I understand this release applies to any transfer made from my member number(s) and account(s) to the authorized member number(s) and accounts(s) whether or not I initiate the transfer.
