A Letter to Members


Dear AEA Members,

2012 is set to be a landmark year for AEA Federal Credit Union. Together we celebrate the credit union's
70th year serving Yuma and La Paz counties - and AEA has never felt younger!

The New Year brings continued improvement in AEA's financial health, exciting opportunities for our
members and a fresh new look for the credit union. Watch for construction crews at AEA's branch
locations as signs displaying our updated logo are installed in the coming weeks. Our newly renovated
aeafcu.org website also reflects AEA's refreshed logo and bright future.

New, value-added financial services will continue to be launched throughout 2012 - it's going to be a
year-long celebration of membership!

In late January we'll unveil our retooled online home banking site, offering a more robust line-up of
financial tools. The enhanced online branch will include eAlerts to notify you of low account balances,
a Pay Me Online money transfer service similar to PayPalTM, upgraded online bill pay programmed to
pay your bills even faster, and much more. For the first time, you will control your online banking
dashboard so information most important to you will be viewable at a glance. Release of our
smartphone compatible mobile banking service will be announced just a few weeks later.

High on many members' 2012 Wish Lists are additional checking account options. Look for the official
Picture Perfect Checking Suite announcement this February. The new checking products feature
create-your-own photo Visa debit cards and a dynamic mix of checking options for you - snap a
picture to feature on your personalized photo debit card! There's a perfect checking account for
every stage of life, with bonus rewards when you choose AEA for your investment and lending needs.

AEA Federal Credit Union enters 2012 motivated to bring the best to our membership. More high-value
services are planned for release within the next six months, so watch for our emails and newsletters
announcing the continued enhancements!
