Gift Shop Frequently Asked Questions Q. Is there a fee for enrollment in the Gift Shop? A. It's absolutely free! Q. When will shopping points be posted to my Gift Shop account? A. Shopping point earned during a month will be posted to your Gift Shop account during the first week of the following month. Q. How long will it take to receive my Gift Shop order? A. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Q. Do I have to pay for shipping? A. Only orders placed through the "Buy It Now" option include a shipping charge of $5 per card. All other orders ship free! Q. How does the "Buy It Now" option work? A. The Buy It Now option is selected when you do not want to redeem shopping points. Funds to purchase Buy It Now items are withdrawn from either your primary savings account or your primary checking account. You tell us which account to use. Q. Can I buy more shopping points? A. Yes! You are welcome to purchase 1,000 additional shopping points for $12.00 or 2,000 shopping points for $22. Q. Can business accounts participate in the Gift Shop? A. The Gift Shop is available only to individual members. |
